Committee

The Benchmarking Committee was originally a group of specialist in their area who understand the importance of creating a common standard in assessments and benchmarks of IT Service management organisations. Their main goal was to create and maintain an international, independent and detailed benchmarking environment of high quality for objective quality and cost measurement of IT Service organisations.

Results from the 2010 database

ITSMF-Benchmarking showed detailed information from the 2010 database on the stand at the 2010 ITSMF NL Annual conference. The data is based on 90 assessments on Incident Management where we only use about 40 because of data quality.
