We need to know what country and sector you are in, what currency you use, how many users, desktops and IT staff you employ, how many hours one Full Time Equivalent is counted in your organisation etc

 

Consultants detail:

Who is the consulting organisation to assist you in this benchmark and who is the lead-onsltant.

 

Benchmark details:

What does the planning look like in actual dates.

Results from the 2010 database

ITSMF-Benchmarking showed detailed information from the 2010 database on the stand at the 2010 ITSMF NL Annual conference. The data is based on 90 assessments on Incident Management where we only use about 40 because of data quality.
