KPI's per IT Service Management process

The ITSMF-Benchmark focusses on many metrics as part of the benchmark for IT Service Management organisations. All KPI's are published in several ITSM Library publications. The ITSMF-Benchmark will focus on those that have been selected by the lead-consultants that take part in the pilot phase.

Results from the 2010 database

ITSMF-Benchmarking showed detailed information from the 2010 database on the stand at the 2010 ITSMF NL Annual conference. The data is based on 90 assessments on Incident Management where we only use about 40 because of data quality.
