The ITSMF-Benchmark offers the opportunity to compare the application of process supporting systems. Not only for the management system but also processes and operations.

 

The purpose is the get a view on these systems in the different ITSMF-Benchmark areas of interest, related to the sector, the type of IT Service management organisation and their size. We would like to know how systems are being deployed in areas like registration, monitoring, workflow, and reporting. Are organisations using professional market aligned systems, are they being developed in-house or do they use standard office automation tools. We also like to know whether the entire systems are being used or is it only in parts.

 

The results of this part of the ITSMF-Benchmark is an overview of your own use of process supporting systems compared to other organisations. Your consultant will identify opportunities and list recommendations.

Results from the 2010 database

ITSMF-Benchmarking showed detailed information from the 2010 database on the stand at the 2010 ITSMF NL Annual conference. The data is based on 90 assessments on Incident Management where we only use about 40 because of data quality.
